Typical processing time is 1-2 business days but may vary during holiday seasons and please allow 2-8 days for shipping in Canada and U.S.A and 10-30 days for international.

Canada

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5.00 CDN on all Canadian orders

​This shipping method is through standard mail and does not include tracking or package insurance. Please note that Charlies Maine Coon Cattery and Boutique is not responsible for any item(s) lost / not received through flat rate shipping.

Option 2: Live rate shipping calculated at Checkout. This shipping method includes tracking.

U.S.A

We offer flat rate shipping of $5.00 CDN on all U.S.A orders

Return & Exchange Policy

Need to return or exchange your item, No Problem! As long as the item has not been washed, worn, or damaged and is still in its original condition we will gladly accept it back for a store credit. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 15 days of the initial delivery date.

To return or exchange your item(s);

  • All costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the Customer

  • Items must be in original condition (NOT worn, damaged, or washed)

  • Once we receive the original item(s), we will gladly send you the exchanged item or store credit. 

Items not eligible for refund or exchange include;

  • Custom Items
